At John Serves ®, we strive to provide high-quality home maintenance services with customer satisfaction as our priority. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please review our policy below.  

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility  
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.  
Cancellations made within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a partial refund or service rescheduling.  
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may not qualify for a refund, as we allocate time and resources for each appointment.  

2. Service Issues & Refund Requests
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 30 days of completion. We may offer:  
- A resolution through a complimentary service correction  
- A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances  

3. Payment Processing & Refund Timeline 
Refunds are processed within 10 days after approval. Funds will be returned via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.  

4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may not be eligible for refunds, including:  
- Emergency or expedited services  
- Special promotions or discounted services  
- Services already rendered and completed
